We have compiled some of our most frequently asked questions based on returns if you have any more we would be happy to answer them for you.
Unwanted Goods
Auto Choice Direct are happy to offer you an exchange or refund if you decide that you do not want any item within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging, along with a proof of purchase. If you are deciding to return a product, you are liable to pay the shipping costs required to return the product. However if you are returning a product you deem to be faulty, the postage cost will be refunded to you once the item has been received and inspected.

If you need to return an item we are more than happy to offer you a refund as long as the item is within 28 days of the delivery date, in its original packaging and with a proof of purchase.
