Auto Choice Direct are happy to offer you an exchange or refund if you decide that you do not want any item within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging, along with a proof of purchase. If you are deciding to return a product, you are liable to pay the shipping costs required to return the product. However if you are returning a product you deem to be faulty, the postage cost will be refunded to you once the item has been received and inspected.

Current consumer protection legislation declares that all items must be supplied as described, be fit for their intended purpose and be of a satisfactory quality. If you have purchased a product that is discovered to be faulty within 30 days then you are entitled to request a full refund of the faulty item. If a fault occurs outside of the given 30 days, we are entitled to repair and/or replace the item (up to 6 months after the delivery date). We may have to return particular items to the manufacturer for inspection. Where applicable a refund will be issued within 30 days. For more advice contact your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
