SALES REPRESENTATIVES

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a results driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage with potential customers. You will provide complete and appropriate product ranges for every customer in order to boost revenue, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

REPORTING TO: SALES MANAGER

You will work alongside our sales manager, to identify potential customers and develop relationships with existing customers. The role requires maximisation and development of a relatively new brand within a given territory, promoting the product range of car accessories to distributors, motor factors and other stores.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Present, promote and sell products using key knowledge and solid arguments to prospective and existing customers.
  • Perform cost benefit and needs analysis with customers to meet their business needs.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales efforts with the sales team and head office
  • Analzye your given territorys potential, track sales and status reports
  • Development of product sales to new & existing customers
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, business competition and potential for new products.
  • Continuosly improve through feedback

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven strong sales experience as a sales representative within the automotive industry
  • Familiarity with business & customer relationship management practices along with ability to build productive business relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence

 

SALES AGENTS

We are seeking a motivated, professional sales agent to join our expanding sales team. In this position you will play a pivotal role in sharing information about our company, and our range of products with potential customers. You will find new sales leads, deliver sales strategies and sell our range of car accessories.

LIASING WITH: SALES MANAGER

You will liaise with our sales manager, to identify potential customers and develop relationships with existing customers. The role requires maximisation and development of a relatively new brand within a given territory, promoting the product range of car accessories to distributors, motor factors and other stores.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Make multiple calls with customers on a daily basis
  • Deliver customised, targeted sales strategies
  • Share company & product information, where required, with potential customers
  • Meet all quotas for sales
  • Facilitating an opportunity for future sales
  • Answer customer questions, providing accurate information
  • Close sales and lead customers through the purchasing process
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
  • Maintain a record of business calls, to be sent to head office
  • Research potential leads from business directories, web searches or digital resources
  • Create and maintain a database of prospective clients
  • Work alongside sales team to close sales
  • Cold call with potential sales leads
