The Auto Choice 1/2″ 2SN Hydraulic Hose is a high performance, double-braided steel wire reinforced hose. Designed for high pressure hydraulic systems in demanding industrial, automotive and mobile applications. Engineered for superior durability and flexibility, this hose ensures reliable performance in extreme conditions. As a result, making it ideal for fluid power transmission, oil-based hydraulic systems and high pressure machinery. With a 3 layer construction consisting of an inner tube, a layer of reinforcement and an outer cover. The inner tube is made from high quality, oil-resistant synthetic rubber, ensuring fluid compatibility and long service life. Two high tensile steel wire braids make up the reinforcement layer. These provide exceptional strength and resistance to high-pressure applications. Finally, the outer cover is constructed from a durable, abrasion-resistant synthetic rubber. Offering protection against harsh environmental conditions, oil and weather exposure.
This hose benefits from high-pressure performance, rated for 27.5MPa (3988 PSI), ideal for extreme hydraulic conditions. The double steel wire reinforcement ensures exceptional burst resistance and allows for use in dynamic environments. Compatible with petroleum based hydraulic fluids, synthetic oils and industrial lubricants. Weather & abrasion resistant thanks to the durable outer cover. Helping to extend service life in harsh operating conditions. Industry safe & approved, Auto Choice hydraulic hoses are compliant with EN 856:2015, EN 853:2015 and 2001/95/EC legislations.
